  • Design Approval: Custom jewelry orders require design approval before production begins. Once the design is approved, no changes can be made.
  • Production Time: Custom orders typically require 4 weeks for production. We will provide an estimated completion date, but delays may occur.
  • Materials: The choice of materials for custom orders must be finalized before production. Any changes after approval may incur additional charges.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing: All prices are quoted in USD. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
  • Payment: Full payment is required before production starts for custom orders. We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, personal checks, and bank transfers.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
  • Delivery: Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not liable for any delays once the package is with the carrier.

5. Return and Exchange Policy

  • Final Sales: All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of defects.
  • Defects: If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for return or repair.
